Who's HAM?

I am all about supporting undeniable talent! This brother, Hamilton Glass, better known to Richmond, VA as "HAM?" is ROCKING our city with his visual art and murals and has everyone wondering "Who's Ham?" This guy really deserves his shine and I'm confident it won't be long before we all see it, because he's humble and talented. We have chatted on FB, and I knew who he was because I'd seen this piece below many times before I'd know who was actually responsible for the work.... As someone being into art, I should pay more attention to detail because his signature, "HAM? is on all of his work. =\

What's wildly ironic is, I'd been in Carytown admiring some awesome art murals on the area's buildings. While chatting with HAM? today, I discovered he was responsible for my admiring. Can the feelings of being "taken by surprise" and not really being surprised, describe a person's feelings? Well, I was taken by surprise because my laziness never allowed me to research more of his work. Then, not being surprised-- because, why wouldn't I expect this from HAM? He is it! He is what Richmond is missing, he's the one going left when everyone else is turning right. HAM? is going left because he noticed a spot where his work would be perfect. I have to admit though, competition here is undeniable and it could have been someone else, but when I discovered it was HAM?, things made sense.
