Although our use for social networking may vary, this is true for a majority of people. Social networking is making a lot of people "socially awkward". I picked that up from a poem I heard at Slam Richmond, here in RVA. Very unfortunate, but true. This young lady definitely tells a familiar story to everyone listening. I'm almost afraid to know where technology could lead us as far as the subject of social involvment. Check it out.

I agree to some extent with the young lady in the video. I believe that technology can definitely help us, BUT it shouldn't completely replace our basic, conventional ways of communication such as 1 on 1, face to face talking or group meetings.
